The location is good, most of the other things are not. Shoddy bathrooms Tardy room service Highly questionable menu No parking space Its fair priced, to be honest but there’s just too much to compromise on.

Thanks to the staff for making my short stay wonderful. Well, a neat and clean hotel with all the steps towards safety and hygenic for the guest. Nice arrangements of sanitizers and handwash. Clean linen and well-appointed rooms. in spite of less number of staff, services were outstanding.

Haut Monde A Hotel to remember, we booked 2 rooms here as soon as we checked in and saw the rooms they were stinking, area of the room is too small no proper paint on walls it feels like staying in a lodge. Seepage all over the room. Both the room we in bad condition. When we went to breakfast we got only 3 things sandwich only butter nd cucumber inside, paratha which was half cooked and cornflakes. No attendant and the manager Mr Amit he is the weirdest person in ever seen in hospitality field. Too rude and impolite, staffs employed are all robbers they steal stuff and i caught them red handed and manager was still in his own world. Had to call police to sort the matter then. Dont plan to stay in this hotel ever. This incident happened on the second day. Waiter stole Apple iwatch from the room when we realised and told the staff they denied and i gor notification on iphone that iwatch is switched off. The manager rather than helping us said do whatever you can. It was a matter of 50k we had to call the police and then they caught the thief it was among the staff members only.

I thought it would be quite a luxury hotel. I think it’s more like a medium one. The staff are nice. The room is ok and the food too. Not many choices at breakfast and at the buffet, and you can’t order a special meal (I’m on a diet) so quite sad. Also, there was no table available when I came for breakfast, I needed to wait a little bit. And when I order a coffee or water, I had to ask again and again because I think everytime time they forgot, even if there were many waiters, disappointing! Good thing is that there are many restaurant and shops located just outside the hotel. Better eating outside. It doesn’t look like on the pictures, definitely, rooms and restaurant.
